CN Coaching does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or medical nutrition therapy. Our coaches are not acting as licensed healthcare professionals.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in any exercise or nutrition program. If you have an injury, medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have concerns regarding your health, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before following our programs or advice.
3. Assumption of Responsibility
Exercise and changes to diet involve inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for performing exercises safely and within your own abilities.
You agree to provide accurate and relevant information when purchasing personalized services.
4. Results Disclaimer
CN Coaching does not guarantee specific results. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including consistency, training, nutrition, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence.
Testimonials, transformations, or examples shown on our website or social media do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
5. Digital Products
Digital products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use only.
Programs, meal plans, guides, documents, videos, and other materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or commercially shared without written permission from CN Coaching.
6. 1:1 Online Coaching
Customers purchasing 1:1 Online Coaching are also subject to the specific terms presented for that service, including applicable pricing, recurring payments, cancellation terms, and notice periods.
Where 1:1 Coaching is sold as a recurring subscription, the recurring price and frequency of payment will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
7. Payments
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price and any applicable charges displayed at checkout.
For recurring services, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing frequency disclosed before purchase until the service is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, return, and refund rights are governed by the policies displayed on our website and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
